Twenty-three years under Gainesville's sinks
Swamp City Plumbing is what it sounds like: a Gainesville family that fixes plumbing for a living and stands behind every job with a state license and a local reputation.
The short version
Nate Fairrow earned his Florida Certified Plumbing Contractor license (CFC1425972) in 2003 and has been plumbing Alachua County ever since: new-construction homes, whole-house re-pipes, water heaters by the hundred, and every 2am disaster in between. In 2018 the family made it official and formed Swamp City Plumbing, LLC.
Family-owned means exactly that. Two Fairrows are on the LLC, and when you call (352) 316-3745, you get Nate himself, not a dispatcher reading your address off a screen.
How we work
- Diagnose first. You get an honest read on what's wrong, in plain English.
- Flat quote upfront. The price before the work, every time.
- Fix it like it's ours. Permitted where required, tested before we leave, cleaned up after.
- Tell the truth. Including "that can wait" and "you don't need us for that."
The receipts
We'd rather show you than tell you: an active state license you can verify at myfloridalicense.com, permitted county work running from full custom homes to whole-home re-pipes, a 96/100 BuildZoom score putting us in the top 20% of Florida's 191,000+ contractors, and seats in two Gainesville BNI chapters, where your reputation is re-earned every single week.
