Using this site
This website is published by Swamp City Plumbing, LLC, Gainesville, FL 32608, Florida Certified Plumbing Contractor CFC1425972. Everything here is general information about our services. It is not a plumbing diagnosis and it is not a quote.
Requesting service
Sending the request form, calling or texting starts a conversation. It does not create a booking or a contract. Work is scheduled when we confirm it with you directly, and priced by a flat, upfront quote given before the work begins.
SMS text messaging terms
Our SMS program sends service and appointment messages, and optional marketing messages, to customers who opt in. By giving us your mobile number and checking a consent box on the request form, or by texting or calling us first, you agree that Swamp City Plumbing may send you SMS text messages at that number. The program is intended for people 18 years of age or older; by opting in you confirm you are at least 18.
- What we send. Replies to your request, appointment confirmations and reminders, updates while a job is running, review requests after a job, and occasional service offers.
- How often. Message frequency varies with your job. Most customers get a handful of messages around a single visit.
- Cost. We do not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
- Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
- Support. Reply HELP to any message, call or text (352) 316-3745, or email [email protected] for support.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. Your mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties for marketing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Estimates, work and warranty
Quotes are based on what we can see when we quote. If we open a wall or a slab and find something different, we stop and talk to you before spending more of your money. Workmanship and any manufacturer warranty are stated on your invoice for the job.
Limits
We stand behind our work. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions we did not touch, by work performed by others, or by delaying a repair we recommended. Nothing here limits any right you have under Florida law.
